Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start my trial?
We do ask for payment details when you sign up so we can continue your service seamlessly after the trial. However, you will not be charged for 30 days. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't pay anything.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, you can use it with Topmail. You'll need to update a few DNS records — we provide a step-by-step guide, and our support team is available to help.
Can Topmail register my domain for me?
Yes. During sign-up, if your chosen domain is available we'll offer to register it and configure DNS automatically as part of your subscription.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the 30-day trial. If you decide Topmail isn't right for you, simply contact us before the trial ends to cancel — no charge, no hassle.
Can I add more mailboxes later?
Own Domain accounts include up to 5 mailboxes. Additional mailboxes beyond that are available at €25 per mailbox per year and can be added within your account after sign-up.
