How do I set up my email client?

- IMAP server: imap.topmail.com, Port 993 (SSL/TLS)
- SMTP server: smtp.topmail.com, Port 587 (STARTTLS)
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your Topmail password
How do I set up DNS for my domain?
If you registered your domain with us, DNS is configured automatically. If you manage your own DNS, you'll need to add MX, SPF, DMARC and DKIM records. We'll send you a personalised DNS setup guide after sign-up. You can also contact us and we'll walk you through it.
How do I cancel my trial?
Simply email accounts@topmail.com or call us before your 30-day trial ends. There's no charge and no hassle.
I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Contact our support team by phone, email, or live chat and we'll reset it for you securely.
Can I keep my existing email address when switching to Topmail?
If you own your domain, yes — simply update your DNS records to point to Topmail and your existing address continues to work. If you're moving from a free service like Gmail or Outlook.com, you'll need a new address, but we can help you set up forwarding to ease the transition.
